Processing Time

We are aiming to have your order dispatched from our facility within 1-3 business days. However, please bear with us in case we are spending extra time checking/perfecting your items, particularly during the peak season around the end of the year.

Due to different shipping company and shipping method, the online tracking info often updated within 1-3 business days after we shipped out the goods.

Delivery time is not guaranteed for any logistics courier as there are lots of factors affecting its speed and thus we would suggest Express Shipping if there is a date that you would like to meet. The above are estimated time required by transportation and do not include the processing time of the Customs in the destination country. In some cases, the local Customs office of your country may require additional documents and time to have your package cleared, and this may also cause further delay in the delivery.

Change Your Shipping Address

You can change your shipping address after you place an order as long as the item has not been shipped.  Typically, you can only do this the same day an order was placed because items will be shipped as fast as possible.

If an item has already been processed for shipping, you will not be able to change the address.

To update your shipping address:

  2. Hover your mouse over your order
  3. Click the order history
  4. Click on Details and change your address
  5. Again, you will only be able to enter your updated shipping address here if your item has not shipped.


Check Your Order Status

Then you can sign in to your Account (the one that you made your order with) and click on “Track Order”. In some instances, the carrier’s tracking information may only be available in 1-2 business days after the order is shipped.


Refused Shipments

If we are notified in advance that item(s) is going to be refused upon delivery for any reason by no fault of, the refused item(s) will be treated as unopened returned goods. A 25% restocking fee will be applied. Shipping charges are not refundable.

Backordered Shipment

Over 90% of our product offering is in stock. This means that once your order has been submitted and payment has been processed, your item(s) will typically ship within 72 hours. For items that are on current backorder status, you will receive an email after your order is placed with an Expected Ship Date for your backorder.

Please kindly note that the Expected Ship Date serves as a guideline only and cannot be held responsible for early or delayed shipments. It is your responsibility to cancel your order as soon as possible if you do not want to wait for your product to ship. is not held responsible for any charges incurred for failing to cancel your order.

Stuck or Lost Package

Every once in a while, orders can get stuck or lost in transit.  If this happens, don’t worry, we’ll get you taken care of!  On the other hand, when tracking information hasn’t shown progress in several days, many people think their order is stuck or lost when it isn’t.

It’s important to understand that during the tracking process, orders can sometimes be in the same phase for up to a week without making any updates.  This doesn’t always mean the order is lost.  During the shipping process, orders are handed over to different processing and sorting centers.  When a package arrives at a new sorting facility, it can sometimes stay there for several days before moving to the next phase.

We recommend customers wait a week or so before checking with Customer Support.  Either way, we will be sure to work with you until your shipment is received, even if that means shipping it again!

Import Taxes & Duties

Your countries may require import tax, duties and related Customs fees for the imports, and the cost is not covered in payments you made to us. These charges, if applicable, are determined and charged by the Customs office of the destination country.

We will do our best to help you with customs clearance such as offer commercial invoices in time etc. If any customer do not want to clear custom casing the goods returning to China or shipment confiscated, all the charges need to be paid by buyers.

Delivered Destinations

Your goods will arrive at your house. There may be exceptions that door-to-door delivery service is not provided in particular cities/areas/countries, though this is rare.

Particularly, Our courier partner will offer flexibility to update the delivery address or make a special arrangement with the delivery, such as,

  1. Schedule the delivery on a specific date nominated by you or put the delivery on hold until you are back to the country
  2. Release the package from signature or leave the package with your neighbor
