Great value.

On a whim, I thought I’d try a rugged phone. I shopped around, looking at the CUBOT and Toughphones among many others. None of them really rang my bell, either being too expensive or having negative reviews that set some red flags off. In the end, I figured the Ulefone X5 was cheap enough to be low risk and had glowing reviews. I’m so glad I ended up with this phone! Light, seriously tough, fast, plenty of capacity, all the features I could want and also works with gloves on!

My main reason for buying is it being more robust than regular phones as I kept dropping and damaging previous phones.

Battery life is phenomenal, It works the same as most other Android phones, set up very easy.

I have only had the Armor X5 for three days, so take this as first impressions. I bought the phone without much research after my previous phone suddenly died.
When I opened the box and lifted the instruction manuals and enclosed glass screen-protector, I was pleased by the appearance of the phone. The screen is good – clear and handling video well. It is occasionally unresponsive to key-presses, especially the first press of my pass code – a bit annoying, but not too serious. Once the phone is active, there are no problems.
